Working Documents
All rink staff should read the documents below, prior to arriving onsite. It is advised that you download and retain a copy of each document. Note that the health & safety guidelines and work policies are not intended to replace in-person training and guidance, which is provided prior to work and on the job as becomes necessary.

If you’re new to the festival life, being prepared will help, so don’t forget:
- Tent & Bedding
- Clothes and footwear for all weathers
- Food & Drink: make sure you stock up before arriving, as it may be difficult to leave site, and festival food vendors can be expensive. Your staff area includes a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Don’t bring anything in glass bottles!
